TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In exchange for the monetary or in-kind considerations outlined on this document Club Trident Aquatics agrees to provide the services as indicated on this agreement. This agreement is in effect for twelve months from the date requested unless otherwise indicated.  It is the sponsor’s obligation to provide the necessary materials to Club Trident Aquatics to execute terms of this contract.

HOW TO SUBMIT LOGOS

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Logo Size:	300 pixels (WIDTH) x 300 pixels (HEIGHT)
Resolution:	300 dpi or greater
File Type(s):	A high-resolution, vector outline .EPS of your company logo is preferred.IMPORTANT NOTE: We are unable to accept animated .GIF Files.
Color:	Full Color
Website Link:	Please supply the URL (web address) that you would like linked to your company logo.
Contact Phone:	Please supply the phone number that you would like displayed on the Advertisers Page with your banner ad.
65-Word Description:	Please supply a brief 65-word description of your company and the products/services that you provide. This will be displayed on the Sponsors Page with your logo.
Due Date(s):	The Sponsorship logo will run for one calendar year (12 months) from the publication date as detailed below:
