Sirius

Participants as young as 4 yrs old can start.This group practices 2 times a week for 30mins with a ratio of 1 to 6 participants. Main focus of this group is body control and breathing. Participants are taught this in water as well as how to flutter kick
on their front and back, and other basic survival skills.

Rigel

Participants practice 2 times a week for 30mins with a ratio of 1 to 6 participants. Main focus of the group is to introduce the front crawl (Freestyle) and back crawl (Backstroke). Students
are taught the arm stroke as well as the kick (flutter) and open turns for these two strokes.

Participants must be able to swim 1 length of each stroke to advance to the next level.

Antares

Participants practice 2 times a week for 30mins with a ratio of 1 to 8 participants. Main focus of this group is to introduce side and
elementary backstroke to the participants as well as to reinforce freestyle and backstroke. Students are taught the final component of body control; to swim on their side, and introduced to the breaststrokekick.

Participants must be able to swim 1 length of each stroke to advance to our next level.
