Sirius

This group practices 2 times a week for 30mins with a ratio of 1 to 6 participants. Main focus of this group is body control and breathing. Participants are taught this in water as well as how to flutter kick
on their front and back, and other basic survival skills.

Rigel

Participants practice 2 times a week for 30mins with a ratio of 1 to 6 participants. Main focus of the group is to introduce the front crawl (Freestyle). Students are taught the arm stroke as well as the kick (flutter) and open turns for this stroke while increasing their ability to swim independently across a 25 yard length.

Antares

Participants practice 2 times a week for 30mins with a ratio of 1 to 8 participants. Main focus of this group is to reinforce freestyle and build confidence to independently swim a 25 yard length.

Participants must be able to swim 1 length (25 yards) of the front crawl to advance to our next level.

Recommended equipment for all levels: Kickboard
