•Emphasis on improving technique, drills & stroke mechanics, and
endurance for all strokes (approx 8000 – 9000yrds per practice)
•Pace and interval training
•Dryland training 30mins and 2Hrs of water practice 5 days per week
•Drag training
•Training for Sectionals and Nationals
