Below are the start times and days for all our Groups

Lessons: Wednesday & Thursday

Beginner – 5:30pm

Intermediate & Advance – 6:00pm

Booster 1  & 2: Tuesday – Thursday’s 5:30pm

Bronze: Monday – Thursday 6:00pm

Silver & Above: Monday – Thursday 6:15pm 

Silver and above will add additional conditioning on both Friday and Saturday. Friday’s will be at Planet Fitness at 6 PM with strength and fitness, while Saturday’s will be at Weekley Community Center with dryland conditioning running.

The Planet Fitness day does require a membership, but the best way is for a parent to get a Black Card so that they may work out and use the spa room while they bring in their guest athlete 13 years of age or older. 13 and 14 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.  15-17 may sign up for their own card and enter without a parent once a waiver is signed. Monthly rates are pretty low.

Practices are conducted following the CDC Guidelines for Youth Sports.  Swimmers are asked to attend using a mask and to bring your own equipment with a folded chair to hold your stuff as you practice.  Temperature checks are conducted upon entry and after practice, and proper procedures are followed to ensure pool area and facilities remain safe for practice.

All members participating in practice are required to submit a health survey no more than two hours before each practice.
