We are back to a year round schedule starting September 8. Our rates have remained the same this year as last with an early rate registration fee you can take advantage of till September 15th. Our summer participants will also see a 5 % discount to tuition applied on their customer statements being emailed through Wave and as a reminder we have our $5 referral bonus available for any family who brings in a registered new swimmer not in the same household. As always we will work with families who are going through various financial circumstances. We know the pandemic has hit us all in all sorts of ways. What is critical to us is that your kids are happy and healthy and have opportunities open to them.
This year we have had to adjust our lesson days to accommodate everyone, so they will meet for a half hour on Wednesday’s and Thursday’s. Below are the start times and days for all our Group starting this week.
Lessons: Wednesday & Thursday
Beginner – 5:30pm
Intermediate & Advance – 6:00pm
Booster 1 & 2: Tuesday – Thursday’s 5:30pm
Bronze: Monday – Thursday 6:00pm
Silver & Above: Monday – Thursday 6:15pm
Silver and above will add additional conditioning on both Friday and Saturday. Friday’s will be at Planet Fitness at 6 PM with strength and fitness, while Saturday’s will be at Weekley Community Center with dryland conditioning running. We also are currently running re-evaluations through September 15th at which time everyone’s swim group will be firmed up. Progression in groups beyond this date will be based on the required standards set up for all groups.
The Planet Fitness day does require a membership, but the best way is for a parent to get a Black Card so that they may work out and use the spa room while they bring in their guest athlete 13 years of age or older. 13 and 14 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. 15-17 may sign up for their own card and enter without a parent once a waiver is signed. Monthly rates are pretty low.
We will be at the StoneCreek pool and have secured that location through this semester. Once Cy Fair has firmed up their plans for renting to outside groups we will be able to reevaluate locations to determine what is best for our club and all our members. So please join us. Hope to see you there.
Practices are conducted following the CDC Guidelines for Youth Sports. Swimmers are asked to attend using a mask and to bring your own equipment with a folded chair to hold your stuff as you practice. Temperature checks are conducted upon entry and after practice, and proper procedures are followed to ensure pool area and facilities remain safe for practice.
If you have concerns come check us out, by scheduling a free evaluation through the contact form
All members participating in practice are required to submit a health survey no more than two hours before each practice.
