Booster I

Participants practice 3 times a week for 45mins with a ratio of 1 to 10 participants.

Main focus of this group is the 1st two competitive strokes freestyle and backstroke. Participants are introduced to the drills for these strokes, as well as taught flip turns, starts and the kick for the other two competitive strokes. Coaches will introduce the terms used in swimming by integrating them in instruction as swimmers learn skills such as how to read and use the pace clock.
