•Emphasis on improving technique, drills & stroke mechanics, and endurance for all strokes (approx 4500 – 6000yrds per practice)
•Pace and interval training
•Dryland training 30mins and 2Hrs of water practice
•Drag training will be introduced
•Training for Elite Gulf Champs, Senior Gulf Champs & TAGS
