Thank You for taking the time to consider a donation to Club Trident Aquatics, a swim club for our youth in the North Harris County area. We are a young club currently in our fifth year operating out of Cy Lakes High Schools. Currently we are seeking sponsorship to help us sustain our mission.
Past financial contributions have allowed us to:
● Keep kids in the Water a program that provides tuition scholarships to those in financial need.
● High School Scholarships for graduating High School swimmers who pursue swimming in College.
● Training equipment for the swimmers on the team.
● Essential Facility equipment for competitive swimming.
● Offset the cost of competitive meet apparel.
● Offset transportation costs for those athletes having difficulty reaching practice.
We are looking to build on the foundation already set forward in our Mission and add more resources to help kids stay in the water. Your support will help us sustain our scholarship programs, and allow us to provide personal equipment for those who cannot afford their own, and other equipment on the deck which will help them excel competitively.
Our athletes range in age from 4-18 and come from a variety of different backgrounds. Like other clubs in the area, we are committed to nurturing the very best in athletic performance in our young athletes, and allow them to be competitive at all levels. What sets us apart is our commitment to serving a population where 50-60 percent of our membership receive some sort of financial assistance. We strive to teach and lay the foundation for our athletes to be ethical, community minded, and service oriented, which we feel will be beneficial for them
in their adulthood. It is within our mission and vision to accomplish this regardless of ethnicity or socioeconomic status. We actively strive to keep kids in the water, and to provide opportunities for many who would not have it otherwise.
Past sponsors who have helped us include The Corner Store through their Country Run, Hoang Orthodontics, and MJ Construction. In 2019-2020 we were able to provide over $15,000 in assistance with the help of individual donors and businesses like yours. This year more than ever with difficult times during a pandemic, we need similar fundraising efforts to keep kids in the water. It is essential! Both for our club, and our families who have been financially impacted, as we try to
stay committed to our mission. It is also vital for us to continue our efforts in reducing drowning deaths in the Harris County area which has the highest totals in the state of Texas, and keeping our
commitment to our swimmers by providing financial assistance and opportunity to access higher education through participation in the sport.
