    Booster 1 and Booster 1 Transition are 45 minutes, Booster II and Transition is 1 hour.  Meet at Natatorium at back of the school by following the 9th grade center entrance.

    Monday Tryouts are reserved for athletes that are legal in all 4 competition strokes.

  • Competitive Group Practice

    Bronze groups need to be prepared for 15 minutes of dryland.  Practice runs for about an hour and a half total.  Silver and above will run till the ending time.  Arrive at the Natatorium in the back of the school by following the road by the 9th grade center.
